Nestled in a green setting, the Russon mill is an exceptional site. Come and discover this watermill, which has been producing flour by hand since 2004, either on a free tour or during a workshop.

This 17th-century watermill, modernized in 1852 with an English gearbox that transformed it into a small flour mill, had ceased all activity in 1911. The Communauté d'agglomération de Marne et Gondoire bought it and restored it to its former glory in 2004.
