Sophrology and hypnosis are techniques based on relaxation. You'll learn to relax, breathe and let go for your daily well-being.
Sophrology and Ericksonian hypnosis are practiced in my Montévrain practice, either individually or in groups of 3 to 5 people.

Opening period
All year round. Every day
Open Mondays from 10am to 4pm. Tuesday and Friday, 10am to 9pm. Wednesday from 10am to 5pm. Thursday from 10am to 6pm. Saturday 9.30am to 7.30pm.
